Paula Lorraine Horner, 64, of Waimea died Dec. 21 at home. Born in Great Falls, Mont., she was a homemaker. Memorial services at a later date. Survived by husband, James Horner of Waimea; son, Eric (Mariko) Viertel of Honolulu; daughter, Jessica (Joel) Barker of Anchorage, Alaska; brothers, David (Anna) Frisnegger of Wasilla, Alaska, and Danny Frisnegger of Salt Lake City, Utah; sisters, Kathy (Bob) Solberg of Missoula, Mont., and Gail (Mikel) Parrish of Kalispell, Mont.; two grandchildren. Dr. Masaichi Sagawa, 92, of Hilo died Dec. 29 at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Hawi, he was a retired doctor of dental surgery (DDS), member of Hilo Hooganji Mission, life member of the American and Hawaii Dental Associations, and U.S. Army World War II and Korean War veteran. Services for Frances Loando La Marco are 8-9 a.m. visitation, 9 a.m. Mass on Saturday, Jan. 19th at St Benedict’s Catholic Church (Painted Church) in Honaunau. An obituary published Saturday had an incorrect date.
